How Yoga Works Against the Gravity - Creativity and Sensitivity in Woman Supports Meditation

How can we correlate yoga, woman and creativity is question that most of people know, but cannot put into practical. In this article, we will discuss how can we do it.

Woman is creative and yoga is to unite with nature. Nature is creative and thus as it nurtures many people also name it as mother, the mother nature.

Yoga is not just doing the Asana, it is lot more than that. The posture or the Asana is as if the seat on which one can execute many related activities that unite us with nature. The Asana is biological activity that influences the psychology. It is very important that we understand that our mind functions with muscles and nerves, the Asana is action and thus needs a command from mind or brain.

Now, the sitting in an Asana seems static. However, it is not so. We start an action an keep going in the same direction without changing its condition, the posture. It is against the gravity. We resist the effects of the gravity of our body while doing an Asana.

The question can be how we can make gravity not acting upon an action because if we through a ball it falls down and thus the gravity works on it.

In the yogic Asana or posture we sit in a fix position (posture or condition) that opposes the change that normally takes place.

For example the Padam Asana or the Lotus Position seems static and one sitting in this position does not seem to act. However, one does not go into the position of Lotus or the Padam Asana just by thought. It needs an action to sit in this position. We lift one feet and put it on the other, mostly the right one of the left.

This action occurs in mind as an activity in mind which we follow with action. After completing the action we maintain it say for 3-5 minutes or more. This condition keeps on following the same command that it needed to sit in that condition. So, it is not static, but dynamic.

This following of condition of a posture or the Asana needs a control - the command (also associated with the Command Chakra). We sit in the posture and mind keeps the focusing of that command. How?

Suppose we want to sit for 3 minutes. Our mind commands us to sit in that position for that condition. The mind does not command in meditation. We command it. This commanding authority is ego for action and self for meditation.

Now, in command condition we are not in the influence of the gravity. Why?

The gravity works to either change the position or the direction, but in the yogic posture of the Asana we do the opposite not allowing gravity to interfere with what we do, but using it in the way as nature does getting free from attraction of gravity - normally taken as heaviness of body and mind. Thus, it works to such an extent in Asana and meditation that many people experience and feel thoughtless and or weightless, which is normal effect of gravity free state of body.

Thus, Yoga helps us to cleanse the body and mind by opposing the adverse effects of gravity, which normally occur if we do not practice any yogic activity or other exercises.

The body of a woman is more bio-rhythmic in nature so that effects of yoga and better results of working against the gravity are for woman. Mostly the women get the results of mediation in a faster way then the men. The reason is that gravity works less on the creative brains or minds.

If one is creative, the working against gravity is the best medicine as we normally find in Meditation, Reiki, Aura Therapies, Telepathy, Art Therapies and so many others. Now, the concept of mother nature is also there as in it all goes against gravity, the best use of the gravity. How we will discuss in next article. Thanks!
